Call for Speakers

Do you have an idea that you would like to share with other community college mathematics teachers?

The CMC3-South annual spring conference has traditionally been held in early March on Friday and Saturday. Often our fall conferences are held in October. We are actively seeking speakers for our Spring and Fall conferences, and we encourage all faculty to submit a proposal by completing the Call for Speakers form (below). Prospective speakers are welcome to contact Larry Perez and Linda Chan at springconference cmc3s.org for advice or questions. You can view past presentation slides here.

Saturday Speakers
Any faculty member (full-time or part-time) qualifies to speak at a break-out session. Each speaker is allotted 60 minutes (including time for audience questions). The topic may be anything pertaining to mathematics or education and the interests of our organization's membership.

Speaking at a conference is a great way to contribute to your own professional growth and encourage your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and skills.
